Unimpressed with Standard Bank - Money deposit

Yesterday, my Mom took money (coins and notes) that I needed deposited into my bank account. The money was counted and placed in money bags with a tag in each bag to specify the amount. I was horrified when my Mom told me last night that when she got to the teller, he told her that she had to re-count the money and place them in money bags in the order specified on the money bag! So there she and a friend sat for close to two hours because they are pensioners and re-did all the counting. Finally done, they took it back to the same teller who then said that R5 coins had to be separated new from old because they weigh differently and back they had to go to redo this. Then HE had to count it (and he still got it wrong!) and weigh it. I am so livid! I called the call centre a few minutes ago and verified what the procedure is when this type of deposit needs to be made and the woman advised that the guy had to in fact take the money as is and just recount it and that there was no need to my Mom to do the entire separation exercise! I am so very angry I can hardly contain myself! I want answers! My Mom didn't get the teller's name but it was teller 4 and the deposit was made at 10:30.
