Uma finance joke

I applied for a loan with Bruma finance 3 weeks ago. Sent all required documents. Monday I got told by Angela all my documents were lost. I went through the whole process again and asked her if I qualified. She assured me from the beginning that I qualified and also asked her if she was sure and were all my efforts in vain. Today I got sms that it is declined. This is the worst. I have ever been treated. Stay away from BRUMA
