Waiting for over 90 minutes in a enquiries line is not acceptable. Old lady ahead is about yo pass out, and yet all the staff just keep passing us by. Line 6 rows deep and one would think that they will get more than 3 people to serve! Top it all off, NO Air-conditioning!!! Who manages this branch and to think we pay huge service fees... For what! Aaa ah the board of directors and shareholders that is! Shamefully one would think that elderly people would be ushered to a special desk!!!

Branch Manager Alberton, your service stinks!! And still no sight of him or her, typical!!!
