Virgin Mastercard is not really a mastercard

I lost my Mastercard while overseas and requested one only to find out that they were not able to issue an emergency or replacement card overseas. They promised me a card in 3 days and then changed their stance to 6 days and also slapped a R400 charge for delivery.

By the time the card get to me i would have returned back to SA!!!
