So impressed! Made my day

Had a car accident in March, Outsurance paid out so quickly and were sympathetic that I had to pay over an excess to complete my claim. Today got a wonderful call that they had dealt with the person who drove into me and have recovered my excess as well, which is to be returned to me in full. Made my day.
