FNB has helped me to be depressed and be in debt

I write this complain in so much distress, anger and disappointment at FNB Housing department. I want FNB to know what a traumatic experience it was for my husband and I to do business with them. I will surely never refer anyone to get a home loan with FNB. I feel like I was held hostage FNB since 7 August 2013 where they repeatedly violated my rights as a human being and a consumer, me off my money and my sense of being. Please note I will be escalating this query to the Banks Ombudsman and FSB as FNB have failed to comply with the FAIS Act. You HAVE FAILED TO TREAT ME FAIRLY AS A CUSTOMER. You indifferent approach to this query has resulted in me finding myself in financial debt. How can a SAVVY BANK LIKE FNB FAIL TO DO THE RIGHT THING BY ITS CLIENTS! They have failed to give authorisation to the lawyers to logdge a property under the client name since 2 August 2013, where they have granted the bond to the purchaser already on the 02 July 2013.
FNB HOUSING FAILED TO SERVE & DELIVER THEIR PROMISE OF "How can we help you" TO EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER.
Instead of receiving a call to resolve this matter. I received to remind me that FNB is not at fault.
