ZONE FITNESS UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR

I received a call from the debtors clerk in Wynberg early August as my July debt order had failed. I indicated that debit order is never done on set dates and I assumed all deductions went thru... I indicated that I will only have funds again on next payday WHICH IS 30 AUGUST and she requested that I PAY IN the amount on 31 AUGUST... I explained that I did not have any cash now as we just had our car fixed but would rectify the payment 31 AUGUST, she SEEMED to understand.
Imagine my surprise when on 27/08 I have a Naedo rejection and AGAIN TODAY 28/08, my bank balance is now a NEGATIVE R277.00!!!
PLEASE note that I am reeling, if I cannot trust them with an arrangement made then I DO NOT trust them at all and WILL NOT do further business with them.
I am taking this matter further as this is huge disregard for my rights as a client and abuse of powers... Actions such as this, makes the institution guilty and also responsible for further destroying an already fragile debt crises in this country.
They want R400 from me, but costing me more in bank charges, when an agreement was already made.

I'm cancelling the contract and will not pay penalties.
