HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU TO GET A HOME LOAN

I have banked with FNB for 30 odd years and during that time have had a good relationship with FNB. We decided to sell our house and put in an offer a new one. When FNB received my application they have declined to give me a bond saying that I owe money on my overdraft and credit card. This is true however what they have failed to acknowledge is that after the sale of our property, we would clear well above these amounts so that they can be settled.
It seems that all of the loyalty I have shown FNB doesn't count and I have been granted a bond by NEDBANK.
I have asked the bank to please review my application, but so far so nothing...
