Suntinco - Smash and grab protection

It has been more than three weeks that I called Hettie (Suntinco's owner) to finish doing the job they started on my car. However, she schedules different times with me and never shows up. I made the mistake of paying everything at once and believed she was honest to honour me. I ended up having problems with my new insurance as there is a window that does not have the smash and grab protection. I simply do not know what to do. I am extremely irritated and disappointed with this awful service.
