Hi

The service that I'm receiving from this company is appalling. I have paid my premiums by an EFT payment on the 16/09/2013 and now they are not able to allocate it to my account advising it is still in arrears. If something is to happen they will be giving me difficulty in paying out and not realising that their agents are giving clients incorrect information. The agents do not have reference numbers to give to clients after the call and refer to the call by naming the agent. What happens if they no longer work there?

Someone told me to email to [Email Removed] and call on Thursday for a follow up and now Julia is telling me to fax to 0215097949. There is no joy in this as I'm doing the run around to get me affairs into order.

This is displeasing.
