Unbelievably bad service and no feedback

I have been banking with Standard Bank for 15 years and I must say I have never had this level of bad service before. I called in more than 2 weeks ago requesting a new repayment amount calculation if I paid a capital amount into my vehicle finance account. I was told this would take 3 working days and I could expect a call back on Friday the 13th September. Since then I have repeatedly called the bank and every consultant I speak to says that Melanie has to contact me. The call center consultants have tried calling her, emailing her and eventually I had been given her direct number which I have been faithfully calling this past week, with absolutely no response. Apparently no one else can do the calculation... Is that really the case? Standard bank is not going to refund me the additional interest I am being charged as I haven't paid in the capital amount cause I'm not sure how to do it. My repayment at month end is also still the same which means my budget is thrown out - and once again I don't foresee any help in that area. Certainly someone at Standard Bank can help - and if Melanie is not available surely someone else can do this calculation. Why is this so hard?
