Slow, not hounest, makes one wonde

Just looking on there are alot of complaints, and they having same troubles as me. i sent same documents over and over and over. Then i get told its approved, then all of sudden they want forms filled in again. There common excuse is they cant get hold of you... surely after 8 copys of emails with my contact detals they should be able to read a cell number? I have spoken to HR at my work, and they were contacted last friday already.
