On hold forever and even message system fails

I applied for private finance last week, I had to call YOU to follow up on this on Thursday and Friday. I was told it was approved in principle and supporting docs needed to be sent (which I did on Friday, email was read just before 15h00). I got harassed by your system requesting documents on Monday I stopped answering the number after the 3rd call.
I have called the number today and after being on hold forever, i left a message (I did the same on Thursday and was NEVER called back).
This has been a terrible experience, I feel FNB has dropped the ball so badly and nobody seems to care about customer service anymore. I had to call twice for a settlement letter, only after giving the SURVEY a bad rating, somebody called
I am applying for finance with Standard Bank now, as this transaction has fallen between the cracks and swallowed by the WESBANK blackhole... never to be seen again (so much for your system telling a person if the finance is approved. FALSE advertising!!!). Looks like I might not even get the bike, as the seller has someone else buying it also, 1st financed / cash takes it... you have delayed this since FRIDAY
