Notice of an increase in excess for vehicles

I Have received a letter from Miway stating that my Zero Excess that i have had for 3 Years will no longer be Valid unless i wish to pay more. They sold this Zero excess concept to me 3 years ago when i first got my policy from them. My policy was reviewed last month (August). If they had a problem with it they should have sorted it then. Now they want to increase my amount payable twice in two months.

This is not the way that business works. If you buy a CD from a shop they don't phone you later and say " can you pls. bring back the last 2 tracks on the disk or we will have to charge you more."

This is not good business ethic.
