Incompetent people making their problem mine

I was phoned that i qualified for a loan, so i went there signed all the documents and in no time the loan was paid out to me. The documents i signed stated that the loan amount will be deducted from my payslip, i was phoned after the first payment that it never went through. I told the guy its not my problem as they requested it to go off my payslip and they should sort it out, he then said its OK he will have it sorted and i wont be in arrears. I received my statement saying I'm in arrears of R3000.00 and odd. Its being deducted from my payslip but I'm being charged interest for the 1st month and its not my fault.
My credit record is being affected when the supplier is at fault. This matter needs to be sorted out.
