African bank relliability

African bank is unreliable when it comes to dellivering their loans.
My short term loan was processed & approved on the 23.12.2013 but no delivery has been made. Apperantly my payslip is considered fraugelent, i went on to give them the original payslip but i still don't have a feedback, worst of all i always have to call the branch to understand what is going on.
I called again today and i am told again to bring a different payslip which i think it does not make sense.
