I have no.food and cannot get to work

From day one the exsperience at nedbank was horrific! From the day i privided all my fica docs to one month later my account being blocked leaving me stranded unable to withdraw my own money money. Their incompatance and passing the buck has now serverely impacted on my earnings as i cannot withdraW money for petrol or food. I have been humiliated beyond my cival rights as a human being. As per their requests i have sumitted fica documentation on numorous occations. Ater a call from a "may" from florida branch witch they confirmed they have missplaced my documentation, my accont was blocked... yesterday which was sunday i went tsth which was open. A woman called rina van der merwe said she coukd do nothing about it and again passed the buck. I am sitting at home without food or money to put petrol in my car to go to work. The day which is monday today i have ha no call like i was promised by rina to sort this out. NEdbank surely ha different rules for clients as to how you will be assisted and when!!! I have no airtime left or money to buy airtime to.sort out this problem!!! Nice going nedbank!!! Maybe before nedbank donates my money to.charity every minth they should give me mine!
