My vehicle went for repair. The consultants were constantly in touch with me, giving progress report. The rental car was arranged for me, I was never stranded (Diletta & Rameez). The legal department quickly recovered my excess from the third party (Earl). The car had to be taken back to the repair company for unsatisfactory job done, the consultant was assisting me to get the car back (Phindile).
