I send through the required documents together with the reference numbers i was given on the 21st August 2013. Today I called in to find out what was happening and spoke to Monique who was rude and uninterested and asked me who's problem was it that I sent through my request in August. she then cut me off. Can i please have feedback on my dispute logged
