Messing up peoples credit profile

I called Transunion on the 17th Sept 2013 to notify them of my intentions to challenge some information my my credit profile, I was given reference no TU20130917/000739/01 and emailed all the documents they requested the same day.

Come the 8th of October 2013, I still haven't heard from Transunion so I decided to give them a call to find out what was the hold up only for them to claim that they haven't received anything from me. I was then told to re-do the whole process from the scratch, which I did and was give another reference no TU2020131008/000871/01-4 and was again asked to email the same documents. i did the same day so since that day to today, I am calling to check if they have received the email/documents but they kept saying they have but still checking the information. That was until Friday the 11th Oct.
Today I called and they told me that they only received part of my information but all the information was in one email/one attachment so I don't know what to do anymore, I have already spend more than R210 on airtime to make all the calls.

My biggest problem is the fact that the more they delay the more I don't get my info updated.
