Good day. I received a call from Mobimoola, about their financial services; the consultant assisted me with registration. She told me that i would receive an sms that would confirm my registration & would give me the pins & instrustions on how to use the service. I never received the sms confirming my successful registration. On the 31st of July about 3 weeks after the telephone conversation with the consultant, I saw that they had deducted a registration fee of R249 (a registration of which I was not informed, was successful) & a R99 monthly service fee of which I was not informed about. I called their customer service line which I struggled to get through to the entire day & when I eventually got through, the lady I spoke to failed to asssist me & promised me that her supervisor would call me back. I then sent them an email, complaining about these deductions & demanding an explanation. There was no response to the email & the supervisor never called me back. The next day, the 1st of August they deducted the same amounta again. I sent a cancellation of registration and a request for my money back, but recieved no response & on the 8th of August I sent another email. No response.
