People please dont ever change accounts

I want to warn the public out there to never change accounts. I had a savings account with Standard Bank. I got a invitation to upgrade to the ELITE CHEQUE Account with so many benefits HA HA HA. What a total disaster.
At first I had to Go to "collect" and "sign" for my new card account. Went to the bank the Saturday morning waited until 8:30 for "business hours". got in got told to sit on the couch. Waited for an hour then got angry because people that came after me got served first. to make a long story short I got stuffed around for another 4 weeks before getting my card which seems useless doing internet banking. My debit orders bounced money deducted for service fees which I've been told three weeks ago would be redirect back into my account. The promise of sorting all debit orders and negotiations between the accounts... he eh what a joke. all kind of promises has been made and none kept...
