Made a EFT transfer to my account using a reference number given to me on a previous occasion, a reference number accounts was able to pic up my previous payments with and allocate it to my account. I have now spoken to numerous call center agents, begged, pleaded, sent proof of the payment too many times to count, and still the payment has not been allocated to my account. The payment was made on the 7th of September. SEPTEMBER! One of the agents even phoned me back only to inform me that because of the BS reference number THEY gave me, they are unfortunately unable to find and allocate the payment. Really? Bung hole bashed without the courtesy of lube. Maybe the accounting department should be fired or sent back to school as grade 12 pupils would be able to do their job. So will the real slim shady please stand up and say!
Please managers, do something because the accounts department is making your names!
Maybe one of the reasons SA gets referred to as third world is because of phoning customers only to tell them: "Eish! Your money, she is very, very gone. But please pay us the next amount before we give you over to collections." NuDebt... don't get me started.
