I have been dealing with Bidvest Food Service Multi-Temp (formerley East Cape Foods) for a few years now and it has been a while since I have come across someone like Michelle West and the level of service she gives me. I am full of it and when it comes to the service level I receive from this lady, I only have good things to say. She always return calls, follows up on you and go out of her way, even after hours.
