Slack service from vehice insure

Having had vehicle insurance for 23 years with Santam on the same vehicle, I am being treated like a statistic waiting nearly a month for a claim to be processed. They have never had to wait for a monthly premium, always paid on time each month for 244 months, but cannot resolve my claim or even answer telephone calls after a month of the of my vehicle. I have been left "high dry" no vehicle - no resolution, cannot wait to cancel all my insurance with Santam.
