Momentum denied me disability unjustly

On july/august 2012 i applied for disability with momentum via my provident fund after sending all relevant documents including specialist reports and reports from the mines doctor my claim was denied saying that i'm not disabled and that i'm still capable of performing that job even though the specialist placed limitations on me and the mines doctor saying that i'm not capable of performing any of the duties momentum claimed i'm still capable of performing after receiving the document that says my claim was denied i sent multiple emails to momentum asking for information to this day i haven't received a response from them i later learned that i had the opportunity to appeal the decision yet wasn't made aware of this and thus didn't appeal im asking once again for the information that was used to determine that i'm not disabled by momentum i want to see how momentum say i was capable of performing those duties when the specialist said in his report that i'm not allowed to pick up more than 5kg for the rest of my life to avoid surgery and the possibility of me losing the function of my lower body.
