Today is the 18th Sept 2013 and I still have not received any response, was at the Branch, but they are not customer orientated, and could not assist me. I still have not received my monies deposited by the Dept of Labour, and I do not have any sort of income, hence at the branch they wanted a letter from the Creditor indicating that the insurance have paid the account, irrespective that they could see that the funds are froom Labour, and the retrenchment letter that I provided. I just want my money
