This is my second complaint about the very same problem as the first time it didn't get sorted out..
I should only be charge R54.50, the discounted rate for my Gold Value Bundle.. why then does my statement look like this every month?
2013-09-01 Description. CREDIT CARD REBATE Amount (R). 19.00
2013-09-01 Description. MONTHLY ACC FEE CBP capitalisation Amount (R). -54.50
2013-09-01 Description. CASH DEPOSIT FEE CBP capitalisation Amount (R). -29.70
2013-08-31 Description. INTERNET BANK FEE Amount (R). -3.75

Seriously, - Stop $tealing my money EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!
