What a Lousy Branch manage

I visited the bank in order to acquire a loan. I am an already existing client and have done this before. On day 1 (27/09) I came in at 10:00 during this time, the system froze and had to restart my application, after some time as we were nearing the end the lights went off so I left at like 12:30 without any assistance. I left frustrated and said I would go to another branch, but was begged by the young lady who assisted me, to come back and I came back today 28/09 at 8:30.Only to be told by the manager that I needed another statement, I explained that I had gotten the day before and furthermore it was not my fault that she now wanted information would still be the same as yesterdays a the bank statement had not changed. Nevetheless I went and got the stupid statement. I came back with to be told again that she couldn't approve as the statement had been mistakely stamped with yesterdays date. But still contained the same information and I was only this at 10:00.I am so disappointed because I have been to other branches but never had I been more disgusted with lack of service from a branch. So I left Capitec fuming, with hours and hours of wasted time and without the loan I had came for.
