Useless staff, pathetic service

Brief description: went to capitec branch at 9:30 the morning to apply for loan.
Got there, asked what i need. Ok nice i have it all. Second person in the queue.
10:30 comes and goes, still waiting. Ask person at front desk if there is no-one else to help us. "O sorry we are short staffed"
Take my seat again and wait 15 more minutes. My turn now. Get to assistant, say i want to apply for a loan, hand in my docs, person wants to phone my boss, which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't a weekend. Tell her that, well sorry then i cant help you, you need to come during the week then.

Now my problems: Why couldnt the person at the door who told me what i needed have told me they need my work to be open for me to apply instead of wasting an hour and a half of my day.
Why is a bank branch "shortstaffed" when there are 4 capitec employees just wandering aimlessly about.

Thank you capitec, now i know why i never switched to you in the first place.
