I would just like to say how amazed i am by the wonderful service i receive from capitec employees each and every time i walk in there. they don't just treat you like just another person they treat you like an individual with individual needs. i am most impressed by a guy named Mpho at the branch inside the Tramshed in Pretoria cbd. i opened my account with him a year ago and it was breeze, he helped me with a smile on his face. last week when i went to apply for a loan, he helped me again even thought it was a long process because i needed a few documents, he went through everything with me and explained every fine detail to me, he even changed my card to the new one and explained the benifits even though the bank had just closed he didnt rush the process to get home as consultants at some places do. that is what i love about Capitec because with other banks they turn you away without a valid explanation. i recommend capitec to all my friends and family. And i hope the service stays as wonderful as it is.
