I wanted to apply for a personal loan with Capitec bank. It has now taken me nearly 2 weeks just to get clearance for the loan.
The Mall@Reds branch is definitely the most incompetent branch I have ever seen. In the past to weeks I have been to the branch a total of 5 times and we are still nowhere with this matter.
Your staff keeps promising me that they will phone me, and in the end I have to phone them!
Mpho was the lady handling my loan - useless.
Your staff is as. I am not even sure they know what they are doing and your manager on duty answers me in a sarcastic tone like I am 3 years old.
Everytime I get to the branch something else is wrong. If the systems are not offline, for 2 days in a row, then the system is slow or something else needs clearance.
When the clearance is obtained and I get to the branch, off course something else is wrong once again. How can your staff let me know I have clearance and we can move on and as I get there something is wrong once again???
I don't know how you guys operate but I sure as will never bank with Capitec again and I'm pretty sure all the FNB radio ads are referring to Capitec when they talk about beep bank.
