Capitec Bank
Would have changed to Capitec Bank, but NEVER EVER

I went to Capitec bank to apply for a loan, but they said they just need to register the company I work for on their system. The lady told me it will take 10 minutes, but after more than half an hour they still could not help me. So I went back later that day to find out if they have their things sorted yet. But once again I I was disappointed. They took my number and said they would phone me as soon as they are ready. The next afternoon I went back because I haven't received any feedback yet. And guess what they tell me? My Y year old proudly South African company is not a registered company!! I worked for a micro loans company for 3 years, where I have seen that Capitec helps employees from companies never heard of.
