Mr Smit with all due respect do you even have any idea what is happening in your compnay and how unhappy a LOT of your customers are?
What happened in the last two years?
When I first considered joining Essential Med, I did a lot of research because I couldn't quite believe that you could offer such a wonderful insurance product at such a low cost, but lo and behold I could find mostly compliments about you guys online with the odd complaint. This has now undergone a complete turn around, and especially since switching to the new network. My husband didn't want me to join the scheme because he said there will not be enough doctors available, but on the Carecross network I was able to prove him wrong and assure him that there will be convenient care when in need. I joined a year later, due to circumstance, and 3 months after joining, you switched networks and everything in your company went downhill...
You need well trained staff, not sarcastic staff, in order to save any bit of value you might have left to the market.
As things stand now, I would much rather take my R605 pm and invest it in a flexi fixed deposit.
The least you can do is acknowledge and empathise with your clients
