I started a new job as of July first and had to transfer my provident fund. I was told by Brendan (Alufheli) Makhadi to liaise with Jeremy. I have had poor feedback from Jeremy and Old Mutual with regards to what is going on.
Old Mutual / Evergreen has forwarded completed ROT to Jeremy on 29 Aug. Jeremy (service consultant) sends a request to Old mutual 12 Sept requesting urgently for the ROT. I have forwarded that email with ROT where he was initially copied on 13 Sept stating my dissatisfaction with service asking for details of his manager as this is causing a huge delay with me not knowing what's going on with my benefits and what I am currently covered for. Brendan was also copied (Quality Assuror for Momentum) Old mutual has also resent ROT to Jeremy on 16/09. I have still not received any feedback from this person dealing with my funds. This is blatant unprofessionalism and disregard for me. I would like this matter escalated as even the quality assuror had read the email and not bothered to respond or call me (I have a read receipt).
