I rented a car from Europecar from 2 March 2013. On arrival at the desk I was served by a gentleman by the name of Jeremy who was firstly not very friendly and seemed quite incompetent as he was fumbling with my credit card. His manners was also quite appalling. No thank you's or please for a service and he just told me the car was parked in a certain bay. When I got to the car I saw the back lock was broken and the key did not work as much as I tried to open the car. This despite the message I received on my mobile that I have been upgraded. I went back to the rental office and a a gentleman who looked like he was the Manager by the name of Bradley (who also did not look like he really wanted to help me) came over to me. I told him my problem and he just walked over to Jeremy again who had been dealing with a customer and told him my problem. Needless to say, Bradley just disappeared into the back room without really assisting. Jeremy continued to help the customer and then a new customer before I went over to him and had to tell him to sort out the issue which he of course pretended he did not receive instruction from Bradley. The service I experienced this day was appalling.
