Morning

I had a car financed through absa, which was written off but with an out standing amount.

can i please have a break down from when shortfall insurance paid out a potion to what i owe.

i have send emails requesting for a debit order to be done montly till i settle my account to no response to dat e.

can i also have a statement cause i do pay this account so i know and see whats out standing and if its possible to settle the amount.

can i please have a debit order to be done on the 29 of each month for the amount that i agreed to pay monthly this will really help me out by having a debit order done from my account.

can someone who knows and cares about customers give me a call so i can get this sorted.

i dont want to be blacklisted for something that can be rectified and done properly .i ahope i get feedback this is my last resort
