I understand that may claim was declined and but I did not appreciated the way Fay handle the situation. Fay and the A & G team should attend a customer service workshop and not to make rash judgements if they do not know the circumstances telling people, that they don't maintain their house. If we did not maintain our house would the geyser, cupboard and flooring have lasted 35 years? We were in the process of replacing the flooring and the cupboard when my husband got sick and passed away we had to put our plans on hold. All I wanted for the geyser to be replaced as I did not want flooring or cupboard to be replaced, as I have other plans. For what I don't understand I received a call from another consultant and said they are going to replace my geyser, but Fay said it was declined??? So please cancel my policy I don't want to deal with an unsympathetic company. I have approached another insurance company, who is willing to assist me.
