I was given a loan and promised features and benefits which I could not use :(. I contacted the complaints department and ended up speaking to Nicole Kirkwood. She could not help me - unsure and confused! and ended up passing me to a SIfiso Cebekhulu. He admitted to the promise but still couldn't make the features available, send his type to shut him up.

I cc'd Sim Tshabalala the CEO and I got a response from SImon Dagut. I have since requested for the call recording... Sifiso refused! Standard Bank is unfair and these people, Nicole Kirkwood, Simon Dagut, Helen Strimling, Joop Dekker, Raylene Rossouw and Sifiso Cebekhulu... You are all bullies and have gone against your Code of Banking. [URL Removed] Nothing like Executives who don't uphold their values. I have since taken steps to at least get the call recordings... I'm also in contact with the media. I have all emails with all the names. I'll continue to complain, I'm tired of bad service, especially from a financial institution... worse even the executive team gives bad service!
