Below is a response I received from Standard bank after they decided to auction a property we already sold and signed for. There's a claim that the sale with Harcourt's properties fell through When and How is not explained. Simon is sorry on behalf of the bank for lack of timely communication but still upholds this unjustifiable decision.

I'm expecting Standard bank to do the Honourable thing by reversing this decision. After 12 loyal years Standard bank I'm truly disappointed.

According to our records, the sale through Harcourt's property fell through and therefore the bank went ahead with the auction.
