Incompetant personnel that waste a person's time

I phoned last year enquiring about an upgrade that i had just accepted with The Rewards Company (wrking with Vodacom). Vodacom direct was offering the same upgrade including a router and realised this through a friend so i then contacted Vodacom and explained the situation. I spoke with a team leader in the Department by the name of Sifiso (not sure of spelling. who would get back to me. nothing. Forgot about the query and then my son asked me this year and decided to phone back and sort out. Needless to say there has been a number of calls made by myself and promises made by Vodacom that have not materialised. I have spoken with a Sifiso, Thandi, Jabulile, another Sifiso, Mpho, Promise (that promised to get back to me last Friday), Lester and the list just grows. All i want is to resolve this issue about the router and no one seems to know how to go about this.
