I am completely disgusted by the service I received by this company. I surrendered several policies, one of which is a retirement anuity. I wasnt told when i went into the office that I needed a copy of my marriage certificate, after a few weeks i waiting for this money, i called and found out that they needed my marriage certificate, i faxed it, only to find out that the written copy i got from home affairs wasnt good enough. I took a days leave to get the copy they required... faxed it... only to find they needed a certified copy of it... i took my self, my 4 month old and very sick 2 year old to the police station to certify it... faxed it off. Now, 12 days later they debit my acc for the premium, so i phoned this morning, only to find out that they received my fax, but Miss Anuschka didnt bother saving it... this is appaling behaviour!!
