Yesterday (16/09/13) I walked into the fnb in primrose the firs guy who assisted me was bongani he was very pleasent and had a wealth of knoledge in what he does he helped me quickly and efficiently. Than I requested a new cheque card as mine had been damaged due to normal wear and tear he told me that a lady downstairs would be able to assist me with that. The lady was very rude kept me wating for a very long time told me that my signature is wrong because the had my info that was 16 years old. After all this she goes to the back another 20mins than come and tell me that they can not assist me in the matter and that I should request a card online so I tell her ok fine leave it and she goes and cancel my bank card. The manager now comes to tell me that I have to pay R150 for the damaged card and R75 for a temp card. I am really upset with the way I have been treated by the staff at this bank I will be changing my bank after 16 years this is totaly unacceptable
