I insured a vehicle with them and after several months when I looked at my bank statement, I realised there were no debit orders from them. I as the client had to call them so that they could start taking money from my account. Then on the 24 July I had a smash and grab incident and this left me with damages to my passengers window and dashboard. It took Kingprice days to get me booked into a glasfit to get the window repaired. So after the trauma of this unfortunate incident I had to drive a car with no window to acquire a police statement and other requirements they wanted for the claim. there was no communication throughout and I always had to follow up. I've been inquiring for 3 weeks if I can get an automatic vehicle when mine goes in on the 16th. No one called me back or responded to my emails. yesterday I was told by a rude Team Leader SHELDON in claims, who also had the nerve to laugh at my frustration that I would have to take the manual car even though I had insured an automatic or upgrade it myself. So I as the client should have guessed that the class I took has no automatic even though my car is an automatic in the very same class. I'm shocked at this treatment!!!
