Incorrect rental car - manual instead of automatic

I telephoned (011) 923-3750 & spoke to a male employee (I was under pressure at work & did not ask his name) to request an automatic C Group vehicle for rental from Fri, 12 July to 19 July 2013 to be collected at 10am and returned the following week at the same time. Adv Shakoane arrived to collect the vehicle only to find that the vehicle was manual. He was then told that he would be contacted as soon as an automatic was available. He has to date not been contacted. The reservation no: 3992 4224 ZA 4 was given to me. Adv Shakoane's Wiz No: J2T12P was given to this person by me telephonically. Adv Shakoane is a regular customer and finds this conduct totally unacceptable.
