I have constantly made an effort to change my details/ enquire about loans etc, and every time I enquire or try to rectify previous staff mistakes, I receive a bad attitude and complete confusion on the staff's behalf.

I truly believe Nedbank ought to fix the problem and better train their staff. Customer service should be of a phenomenal level/value. Nedbank's standards are dropping at a rapid rate.
