Dont trust MFC's list of approved dealerships

My car is being financed by MFC and I have had shocking service from one of their approved dealerships. Is there a process that MFC goes through before they approve dealerships? For the past 8 months I have been running arounf trying to get Sea Point Car Mart to sort out my car registrationa nd expired license disc. And ll my calls/emails have been ignored. I have seen numerous complaints about this dealership in the past fee months so when today I saw that they are still listed as an approved dealsership by MFC I was really disapointed. Maybe MFC can help me get hold of the people from the dealership because they are still obviously doing business with them! I even took out added value products with MFC and now I doubt whether I can trust the suppliers in question!!
