1st complaint: call 4rm attorneys, acc in arrears. Get email"sori, I can confirm acc was handedin, in error.twil be withdrawn 4rm attorneys."2nd complaint: rude call 4rm arrogant unproffessional puleng. Teln me to go 4rm cpt to pe 2 pay account jus coz yal dnt hav tellers in cpt cbd all of a sudn MY fault. Nw 3rd complaint, got call 4rm nkululeko, tryin to sort problem out, end of call problem stil not sorted. Tried 2put me on phn wit puleng bt she was unreachable. Spoke 2 attorney, told me no arrangements shudv been made coz acc was gona b handed in attorneys anyway. Does any1 actually know wat thy doin? Is there any sort of order @std bank coz yal can't seem 2 sort a simple problem out instead yal are dragging my name down the drain! I need this sorted & soon! Am not gona take this lying down! As long as there's newspapers, CPA this will be sorted if u not planin on doin anything to sort this out. Seriously, huge bank like this being so incompetent, unprofessional n lack there off. I am extremely and I can't just let this go. Its ridiculous 2 say the least wat u guys put customers thru! Can I jus hav this sorted so I can cut all ties with u guys.
