Not keeping promises... wonder why?

I logged a complaint on Hello Peter against ABSA two weeks ago. Mr Hans Cronje who is supposedly the manager of Hercules branch promised to assist me. He promised to request documentation regarding an account I opened. He promised to give me feedback on a weekly basis. He has however neglected to give me any feedback of any nature. I wonder if he thinks I will disappear if he ognores me?
I wonder if there is a reason that he os not contacting me like... they do not have the documents needed to give my feedback?
