Disappointing in many ways

I have been with One plan for 2 years now. There are numerous reasons why I have felt disappointed in the service and delivery of their product.
1. since I've been a member their dentistry cover has changes without notification and the benefit received off it is much less than the cover I was receiving.
2. I'm now 21 weeks pregnant, and my policy payment has sky rocketed from R669 to R819 without my consent on the executive plan.
3. My purse was 3 weeks ago and i promptly ordered a new card, yet I'm still awaiting delivery.
All my other account cards were sent by other suppliers, but ONE plan is still not delivering.
I'm totally shocked that a company who provides emergency medical care does not find it important to deliver an emergency card on time.
